Every booking requires a non refundable deposit of 50% to secure the spot. This is non negotiable, even for last minute bookings. Deposit can be made through Beem It, transfer or PAYID. Please don’t try to organise a booking if you are not ready to pay a deposit. After finding a day and time that suits us both, deposit must be made within 30 minutes. Any payment received after this time frame will be seen as a donation.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
More than 48 hours notice: Reschedule ONCE. New appointment to be scheduled within the next 30 days. Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited and a new deposit would have to be made in order to reschedule.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
If you cancel within 48 hours of our meeting, or don't show up, full payment will have to be made within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel our date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
More details… These requirements are in place to protect my time, I am a busy woman in my work life and personal life and I take my career very seriously. In the event you have to cancel, I will do my best to accomodate your deposit, based on individual circumstances and our rapport.
If you are sick, PLEASE CANCEL. I will not proceed with a booking if you show up unwell, and you will incur 100% of the booking fee to be paid.
